"History is on repeat, and things didn't go so well the last time. "

Alexandria isn't sure she's going to make it to her eighteenth birthday--to her Awakening. A long-forgotten, fanatical order is out to kill her, and if the Council ever discovers what she did in the Catskills, she's a goner... and so is Aiden.
If that's not freaky enough, whenever Alex and Seth spend time "training"--which really is just Seth's code word for some up-close and personal one-on-one time--she ends up with another mark of the Apollyon, which brings her one step closer to Awakening ahead of schedule. Awesome.
But as her birthday draws near, her entire world shatters with a startling revelation and she's caught between love and Fate. One will do anything to protect her. One has been lying to her since the beginning. Once the gods have revealed themselves, unleashing their wrath, lives will be irrevocably changed... and destroyed.
Those left standing will discover if love is truly greater than Fate...

Just going to say this first, guys, this book is for Team Aiden people. There were so many awesome moments between the two!! *heart melts* I was squealing in class and my friends were just like, "WTF.." SO ANYWAYS.. Now I'm officially back on Team Aiden *yay* I was Team Aiden the first book, Team Seth the second, and now FOREVER TEAM AIDEN.

Now all that's over, let's get into the book. (Just heads up, it might get spoilery)

Alex is now closer each and every day to her Awakening. She's really afraid of losing herself to Seth because the last time two Apollyons existed, the second one was controlled by the First. How is having two Apollyons bad? Well.. the First can draw powers from the Second then BOOM.. Akasha power then the gods die and shit. GOD KILLER DUN DUN DUUUUN<-- That made no sense, didn't it? So sorry..

So yeah.. *ahem* In this book, you'll get lots of scenes with Aiden. We really didn't know what he felt about Alex before but now, WE WILL ALL KNOW HIS DEEP AND DARK SECRETS MWAHAHAHA <-- Evil Ariella

We can really get to know Aiden in this book. I feel like he's more of a three dimensional character this way. Not a broody shadow in the corner anymore.

Seth is.. well.. Seth. Now I hate his guts. If you read this, you know why. *shakes angry fists at Seth* I LIKED YOU... *sniffles*

There were lots of stuff happening in this one and big things blowing up and people killed and stuff.. yeah... *ahem* *at a lost of words*

This book wasn't as entertaining as the first two, I felt. It was kind of all over the place. Then it was all of Alex's FEELZ.. and the things between her and Aiden and Seth. SO MANY FEELZ.

P. S. You probably had no idea what I was talking about. Sorry.. too emotional.
